Sacred Rest: A Guided Meditation & Sound Healing Journey

An Evening of Deep Rest, Reflection & Renewal

There are times when the mind feels full, the body feels tired, and life asks more of us than we have space to give.

This intimate Guided Meditation & Sound Healing Journey is an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and enter a space of stillness, restoration, and inner connection.

Through gentle guided meditation, you will be supported to slow down, soften, and settle into the present moment. As the journey unfolds, the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments will create a deeply immersive experience designed to encourage relaxation, reflection, and nervous system restoration.

No experience with meditation is necessary.

Simply arrive as you are, make yourself comfortable, and allow yourself to be held by the experience.

 

What to Expect

During the evening you will be guided through:

  • A grounding arrival practice
  • A relaxing guided meditation
  • A restorative sound healing journey
  • Time for quiet reflection and integration

Occasionally, I open spaces for group experiences designed to support rest, emotional clarity, and deeper connection with yourself.

These gatherings are not about performance or productivity. They are intentional pauses—opportunities to step out of daily noise and into a shared field of stillness, presence, and awareness.

Each event is held with care, grounding, and attunement, creating a space where you can soften, receive, and reconnect.

What to expect

My events vary in format, but are always centred around calm, depth, and nervous system support.

They may include:

You are never required to share, perform, or “do” anything.

You are simply invited to be present.

Restorative Experiences

Deeply calming group sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and embodied rest.

These spaces are especially supportive if you feel:

  • overwhelmed or overstimulated
  • emotionally depleted
  • in need of deep rest that feels held and intentional

Reflective Circles

Intimate group spaces focused on clarity, emotional awareness, and inner understanding.

These sessions may gently incorporate intuitive or symbolic tools such as tarot, alongside guided reflection and grounded facilitation.

They are ideal if you are:

  • navigating transition or uncertainty
  • seeking clarity or direction
  • wanting space to process and reflect

A Grounded Approach

All events are held in a trauma-aware, nervous-system informed way.

The intention is not intensity or transformation for its own sake, but safety, steadiness, and reconnection.

There is nothing you need to achieve here.

Only space to arrive as you are.
